Because all Goose Ranger items are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

If approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.

We do not accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

For customers within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
